Oxfordshire UFO sighting opinions please

Hi everyone,

a friend sent me a link to a youtube video of a recent UFO sighting in Oxfordshire. It looks very strange, I can't think of anything known that would cause that 'effect' (you'll see what I mean by that when you see the video) but I'm no expert. That's why I wanted to see what you all think. Is it possible some flares can look like that?

I think it's a shame whoever uploaded it had to have that eerie music playing though.
