One would have to seriously question your motives.
You still have not answered my original questions.
I'll have to assume you don't want to.
But why? We all would like to know where you stand.
Do you have contradictory evidence to my/our assumptions?
In law, discovery is the pre-trial phase in a lawsuit in which each party through the law of civil procedure can request documents and other evidence from other parties or can compel the production of evidence by using a subpoena or through other discovery devices, such as requests for production of documents, and depositions.

Start your own internet with WIFI.
You can use the technology found at your local walmart or circuit city to start your own WIFI internet.
Do NOT hook your WIFI internet into the existing internet.
make it available to WIFI users and use it to offer survival files and what not.
Link your mini WIFI into others WIFI and enlarge it.
You can start one heck of an internet from many WIFI dongles mounted on old dish tv mini dishes.
Those little dishes will send your signal out with better gain than a dongle by itself
