Wrote A Script, Now Making A Short Movie..Help Needed!

Hello All,

I have just written a script for a short movie and a pilot for a TV show. I would like to do things and I need some help...

1st being is I want to film it and need to know whats the best method to help find location and sets to use, also get some form of funding.

Second is, where can I submit a script? The pilot is a comedy in the essence of 'Curb your enthusiasm'. How would I go about sending or showing it to some one/persons? I know I'm among millions to write a pilot but how would be go about getting it recognized?
