Topic started on 24-7-2008 @ 09:33 PM by mabus325

I was reading in "Every Price a Spy" and it was revealed that the Vatican had an intelligence service.

Are theys till around and what would be their function?

I don't know if they do or they don't, but it's an interesting question.

I would hope that they do and I would assume that their primary purpose would be to avoid calamities, such as the attempt on the Pope's life.

Have a nice weekend!

Eric

Yes they do but its hush hush...they have been around for quite a while...300 hundred years atleast...of course it would have been slightly different in the 17th 18th century etc

What's Going ON?

Do you think your answer to this question will be all that I need? It won't. If I want to know what's going on I'm going to have to dig for that infomation.

Until infomation is openly and honestly passed around then the need for intelligence services will be.
