Bush calls Indian PM to push nuke deal

edition.cnn.com

Under the agreement, which will need to be approved by the U.S. Congress, India would have access to U.S. nuclear fuel and technology for its civilian nuclear power plants. That would happen even though New Delhi, which tested nuclear weapons in 1974 and 1998, has declined to join international non-proliferation agreements.

In return, India has promised that it would not transfer the fuel and equipment to its weapons program, and it would allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect at least 14 of its 22 nuclear plants.

Double standard anyone? Its very intersting that we are ok with giving certain countries nuclear fuel with very little oversight. The IAEA can only inspect 14 of the 22 nuclear plants, I'm sure they have nothing to hide in the other 8 plants. I'm not saying that India is doing anything wrong, its just strange that we take the word of some countries and not others with regards to nuclear material.

India is no fool to fall for Bush's sick joke. The world has already caught up with these neo-con-jobs and their crooked minds, which has nothing in it, except the age old mafia tactic of extortion, bribery and strong arm tactic.

This is the perfect recipe of disaster for India.....Will they bite the Bait ?
