That is exactly what will happen, when people realize Obama can't handle the job they will say Bush left too much on the plate.

Looks like people are already coming to their senses and realizing that Obama just may not be as SUPER as originally thought.
The fact is every President acquires what the previous Prez left behind, whether it's positive or negative. Every Prez is responsible for what happens under his watch, they either get all the credit or all the blame.

Obama will get credit for things Bush started, it all balances out in the end.
