Hey SO, just curious here, but wasn't that what "Skunkworks" was supposed to be for?

I'm not arguing the point here, nor stating it isn't needed, but it seems that this would make two areas where ATS'ers will flock to, with wildly silly threads with unsubstantial evidence further degrading the purpose of ATS.

No matter what, I'm happy in the areas I post in, nowhere near those two Forum areas.

Dr. Pepper. One line.
Two lines.

Seriously, Gray area? Gay area.

Theres way too many topics that could fill this new forum. People are going to be right pissed when a thread they worked on hard (that they feel they put in the right area) gets moved and covered with insane theories and stories of unrelated nature.

Its going to be a mess.

New Forums
-Psychology forum - Good
-Economic forum - Would be good
-Gay area - Gong show

Hmmm... let's see.

SkunkWorks - Speculative Theories with little or no backing facts nor available supportive documentation.

The Gray Area - Personal Experiences and or Disclosures with little or no backing facts nor available supportive documentation.

What's the perceived difficulty in distinguishing between the two?

I don't get it. Apples and Oranges, if you ask me... though no one ever does.

Seems like you misunderstood the meaning of my post.
I asked that question so when others see it they will see
something simple, instead of big words. Don't try making people
feel dumb. Mod Edit - snipped unnecessary personal commebt

Maybe I did. I apologized in a U2U for the joking and deleted the post.

Can't do much more than that, mate. But I didn't ridicule any of your sightings, and I was joking around with you and I didn't call you names, I just made a 'Buffy joke'.

Thanks ATS. I really like the new forum concept. I hope it frees up Skunk Works to get back to the basics of spit-balling and brain-storming speculative theories. Lately it's just been a mess of hoax and flames.

I still think the Economics Forum would e a good idea as well.
