Does Rainwater Belong to the Government?

If the government owns the rainwater, or all water, they can sell the management of it to a private company.
They have already done this in some countries.
They force everyone to buy their water from the company and make it illegal to use any method of collecting water on your own.
Cops will bust you for tilting your head up and opening your mouth, while it is raining.

well, what do you think the plans for having us chipped is all for?

soon we WILL be told that in order to use any resource on this earth, we will need to have a chip in our bodies (which, btw, i still don't think the chip is THE mark of the beast, but certainly a violation of our rights as humans when considering we either comply w/ what goes into our bodies or we will be "punished").

quite frankly I am shocked and maintain my right to stay in a state of shock at all that is going on........ actually a state of shock at all that is BEING ALLOWED TO go on! I am both shocked and highly L-I-V-I-D!!!!

Better yet, if a "seeded" rainstorm crosses state lines and the state where it is now raining refuses to buy the rainstorm from the previous state, then they would have transportation of stolen goods across state lines...would that then become a federal crime...if so, then which would take precedent; the Clean Water Act (governed by the USACOE) or crime that became federal due to the crossing a state line issue. Whose jurisdiction would this fall under?

Bottom line is this: this is an UNENFORCEABLE law.

Analogy: In Texas, land owners are allowed to secure the perimeter of their land with game proof fencing, thus locking in all wildlife that resides on their property. This wildlife is owned by the state, but the state does nothing to fine the owner or to reclaim the "states" wildlife. I figure the same will be true of any "rain water law".

Sorry, the government doesn't belong to the government. They always try to get people to buy in to rationals. At work there's lot of "Earth Friendly" being promoted. It's for a reason beyond the obvious. Just as the big overstep by the US "Federal Government" the "National Parks". Preserve the good spots for everybody got peoples buy in and lead them to accept more and more "Fed" intrusion and "Fed" authority even though it's entirely illegal and unconstitutional via the 10th amendment.

Yes the wind and the rain, and lightening belong to the government. And they must be held accountable for the wanton destruction caused by allowing their beasts to roam free. With ownership comes responsiblity.
