What makes you think he is in the ´not-to-be-seen-on-google-earth´ facility in Scheveningen?

Hate to make you disappointed, but www.dragandabic.com is most likely a fake. The domain was registered July 22nd 2008, ie after the capture of Karadzic. You can easily do a whois to find it out.

But 'Dr Dragan Dabic' do have a site www.psy-help-energy.com. Check it out even though it has no photographs of the Doctor himself.
