Ive posted about dreams once or twice in the past. This one is extremely scary though.

I run outside to find fire falling from the sky along with this fire is spaceships or ufos (not sure what it was). Im not sure what happens in between but I begin running and I jump off a large cliff only to land on a ledge. A buncha guys are chasing me with guns.

I pull a shotgun out and shoot them as they are chasing after me. I continue to jump off the cliff/ledges only to find another and another and another. As I shoot the men they explode. I get hit in my arm and it explodes like a piece of meat fill with m-80's.

Ive had weird dreams before. I think this is the second time ive had fire fall from the sky. This time was very different. I woke up sweating and my heart beating very rapidly. I was close of having a panic attack and was almost yelling when I woke up (I was along so there was no sense).

The dog that was in my bed seemed to sense I was in fear as she kept on looking at me and crying and licking me.

Any input? Dream dictionaries havent proved too useful.

It sounds like a classic anxiety dream to me. The central part of it is your running and being chased. I would say the fire and the ufos are just how the anxiety is manifesting itself in the dream.
