how come my bts points are now -830?

Did I rub someone the wrong way or because I did not rub somebody at all?

That's usually the main culprit for disappearing points.

Negative points are usually the result of one of 2 things.

1) You mouth-off in a post-breaking TAC and get a warning or sometimes lose points w/o warning.

2) It could be just a simple glitch in the system.

May I suggest you use the question/complaint button and ask why, seriously.

if you had been fined - you would have got multiple U2Us and warning flags

staff do not just ` take points ` with no reason or explaination

however - the most likley ecplaination IMHO is :

how did you pay for the custom titles in your mini profile

they cost 1250 ATS points combined

did you use BTS or ` combined points ` to buy them ?

the store wil let you go into huge negatives - esp if you use combine points and have lots of ats points and very few bts
