Thanks for that. I too was gonna point out that post but saw you already did.. KUDOS!

This reconnaisance/spying/whatever you wanna call it is absolutely bizarre.. I had a personal experience of my own I included in the other thread you aptly pointed out in your post. I and my family was also "watched" by someone for some reason and, ironically, it was around the exact same time myself and my entire family saw multipe UFO's. It was in the same year we had 2 separate experiences involving UFO's and multiple people in my family.. In the exact same geographic area..

You can read the post about my own bizarre encounter here:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

But, IMHO, what many people have been experiencing and posting about here on ATS is not anything to do with google earth or google maps taking photos for their software. Especially as seeing in the afforementioned thread the strange person in the car was taking photos of the OP's house itself... and looking right at him the whole time..

We know that MIB's exist based on well-documented personal accounts usually following UFO-related events around the world.. And not all of them are exactly pleasant.. An MIB visit isn't an event anyone soon forgets.. But whether or not these are MIB is still not known of coarse.. So we have no way of knowing who is watching us or why..

But at least in my case, the events transpired around a very specific timeframe involving UFO-related events and this was my retired grandparent's home when none of us had any involvement with the military, the gov, or anything like that at all.. So all I have is a big question mark..

I also think that people are so paranoid these days about being "watched" like this that people can jump to conclusions. But when you have a very specific series of events like I and my family experienced when I was younger, it's all too real isn't it?

Did they throw up gang-signs when they speeded off?

wow very interesting.. I am 2 and a 1/2 hours outside of Toronto myself and is crazy to hear something like that happening in Ontario.. the biggest thing we're known for is Auto-Assembly Plants and the like.. not a hotspot for conspiracy activity.. although its not mentioned and I wouldnt blame you for not elaborating on the subeject; but I really dont think you've got anything to worry about if all the research and stuff you've downloaded is off the internet (i've been doing the same thing for years myself)

having said that.. if you have some kinda information thats NOT in the internet or from like a direct source kinda thing and is very incriminating to either CAN or US government then I would be worried about my safety... other than that why would they care much about stuff off the net that everyone has access too? in other words what makes you special and worth the effort of following around and what not?

no disrespect intended at all .. i'm sure others are wondering the same thing

they dont just listen over the phone they listen to your on your computer.
If they know you know you are been listened to tell them to f**k off then they will react angerly, try it.

I had a black car in front of my house as well with a guy on the phone and somtimes noting things down somtimes lookin towards the house but i was thinking of going out to talk to him but then he would of just denied it anyways

Yes I agree wholeheartedly.

I'm pretty suspicious of these types of posts though, the "I'm being watched" scenario.

If they really wanted to watch any person, they could use satellites. They can passively snoop everything you're doing anyway, any where, any time, any place. If you use debit/credit cards, they monitor your spending. If you bank online, that's also monitored. OnStar in vehicles, GPS chips in vehicles, RFID chips, etc.

They've had the telephone surveillance for years anyway. Why are people just now being afraid of this?

You should live in the UK if you want to know what it's really like to be watched 24/7. I don't live there and never have, but I read a lot. Whatever they are doing in the UK won't take long to be set up in North America.

There are cameras everywhere. They monitor everything. There's even some vehicles they've used since the 1960s I think, that drive around neighborhoods with a listening device, to see who has TV and who doesn't. They compare that with the records of who paid the TV annual fee and nail the ones who didn't.

If they have that sort of device just for detecting non-paying TV watchers, they aren't listening to anything else you do inside your home/apartment? Those vans are supposedly only there to detect non-paying TV watchers, but how much trouble really would it be to attach other listening devices onto those trucks?

UK TV detector vans

Photos of detector vans

I recall a video/film somewhere out there but cannot remember it's name, where the trucks went around the neighborhoods to record who said what, and then reported to the head guy saying, "90% of the people think...." It was used as some sort of mass survey with no one knowing they were a part of the survey.

Am from the uk.

Its the tv license your referring to, BBC. You cant watch TV what so ever if you don't have a license takes them about 3 months to see who is using a TV without a license or not.

The do have camreas everyweres, not in all streets yet but it will come to that.

They can track you down by your national insurance as well.

You're not kidding, they are like fleas on a dog over here. TV detector vans, yes, been around for decades. Now they have computers in their police cars that automatically scan every number plate of every car they drive past.... and instantaneously run it through a database which holds details of everyone's details/licence/insurance/tax/m.o.t.(safety cert). Basically if they drive past you and you are missing any of that, the lights come on. I've seen loads of people stopped like that.

Ah, a return to the halcyon days of classic UFOlogy.

The typical MIB scenario is of a witness (or witnesses) having a very close encounter with a UFO. Within days (and sometimes within hours) witnesses have been visited by unusual looking 'government spooks' who have made them sign National Security papers and hand over any photos or video evidence. When the witnesses complain about the intimidation to the FBI/CIA/Air Force/Name Your Agency any knowledge of the incident or personnel is denied. Those with the wits to take down car registrations find the registrations don't exist.

The level of harrassment is dictated by the stubbornness of the witness. Those that hand over photos, sign forms etc are usually then left alone. Maybe they're given a warning not to talk about it "or else" and that'll be the end of it. The more stubborn witnesses can expect the following:-

* black vehicles parked outside their homes
* black vehicles tailing them while they drive/walk
* electrical faults in the home (lightbulbs blowing, tvs blowing, cameras failing, vaccuums exploding, power surges, continual fuse replacement etc)
being photographed in the street
* post going amiss or arriving opened or damaged (particularly if referring to the UFO incident) after no previous history of missing/damaged post
* Noises, voices from nowhere
* Repeated burglaries, cameras/equipment stolen, houses trashed, files/papers stolen
* Money disappearing from bank accounts
* Obvious and open telephone monitoring - to the point that the witness will hear laughing and conversation "did you hear what he just said"
* Open threats of violence and death
* Threats to families and friends
* Near misses, attempts at harm (black cars attempting to run witness down)
* Kidnapping
* String of extreme bad luck and ill health

I don't know that anyone died as a result of MIB harrassment but one or two have been driven to kill themselves. Although I can't explain the more bizarre and severe aspects of MIB harrassment I think the threats etc could have come from government spooks trying to keep people's mouths shut about top secret technology.

However too many incidents of high weirdness occur which can't be explained by the government spook scenario. There are occasions of 'Air Force/FBI' personnel turning up on the doorstep to discuss the witnesses' "report of a UFO" yet the witness hasn't even spoken to anyone! Sometimes MIBs have turned up within minutes or hours of the sighting, again despite the witness not having told anyone. Films/photos/reports/evidence has disappeared in the post only to be waved in front of the witness by an MIB.

UFOlogists have always been harrassed which again I mostly put down to governments attempting to keep secret technology (such as u2 etc) quiet. Some have been told "the truth" which has either pushed them to the doorstep of insanity or has encouraged them to keep their mouths shut. When the rest of us minions eventually did find out what "the truth" was it was so inane as to be insulting.

Under the current climate of terrorism any board or internet site which openly discusses terrorism and which disagrees with government policy is open to surveillance. After all in Europe we have Echelon monitoring all our emails, telephone calls, faxes and texts which contain references to certain words, particularly if repeated. The technology exists to listen to and watch everything we do. Regarding the post about lasers being bounced off windows - that type of technology was being used in the 60s. They don't need to sit outside houses and take photographs. Parked cars, vans, photographs, waves etc are deliberate attempts to intimidate. Unless people are having strange coincidences and electrical faults (or outright threats) they should take not a blind bit of notice. Give them a cheery wave, take their photo, speak to them when they're listening in and eventually they'll get bored and clear off.

Ya.. if we ARE in fact being watched, its CRAZY that its in CANADA
not even that.. but im NOT even in a big city, im about an hour or so away from Toronto. In fact theres a Toyota plant in my town lol. I didn't think Canada had CIA or any other type of FED agency like that; i had NO idea

As for evidence, we DO have lots of DIFFERENT types of empirical evidence against the government.. So im SURE they have a reason to be watching us. And now that i know that theres FEDS here in canada, I'm a tad freaked... but rest assured proceedures have been set in motion to ensure our evidence is in a safe place

Oh and we've also Emailed the Prime Minister, called the U.S treasury, and have requested FOIA documents pertaining to UFO's and D.U.M.B.s .. So as soon as my request has been filled.. i will be posting LOTS of info for ATS

Yours in the light..
