I personally believe both are true... truth is stranger than fiction in my experience

Interesting because Alex Collier also talked about aliens on Moon Bases in his 1994 interview. Note with this link you will have to endure the first 35 seconds of high frequency noise but it is 100 + minutes and very interesting.
