I've got to the part where he's making incisions now, and I gotta say it looks like he's cutting through rubber. You can see the skin getting traction on the scalpel instead of it slicing through which it does with skin.

The model however looks pretty realistic.

this has been posted before,. i think they came to the same conclusion. rubber pupet. if you do a search you should be able to find the other threads.

Wow, nice find! It does look quite realistic, but you can never be sure.
