Mexico captures submarine loaded with drugs

 Mexican troops seized a small submarine smuggling drugs in the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday, the military said.
"The submarine traveled almost at the surface of the sea and when it came up we took advantage," said Capt. Benjamin Mar, a navy spokesman. Special
forces troops swooped on the submarine from a helicopter and subdued the crew of four, he said.

There has now been a couple of submersible vessels caught trying to smuggle drugs in different places.
I guess you can get hold of a small decent sub for not to much money these days, and the risk outweighs a speedboat or normal smuggling techniques
when you cant be visibly seen.
But then of course radar/sonar will fix that problem.
But way less chance of getting caught in a sub.
