Brief: Tiny implants dumped into ones Maxillary sinus, amounting a satellite operated (likely) cell phone. All sorts of nasty tricks are possible with these things, including 'mind control'.

It amounts to a form of covert population control and influencing, with zero accountability for 'TPTB'.
