on youtube about JFK, Oswald was picked by J. E. Hoover to
find the Cuban Anti Communist Campaign Camps which he did.

Well, Oswald is a figure that has been always surrounded by a mystery, a huge one that is not possible to explain easily;

How could be a man that went to Russia supposely fell in love of the Communist system, that also married a Soviet Citizen, the daughter of a member of the KGB, and that in the American Consulate in Moscow decided to return his passport and resignate to his American citizenship, laterly be able to return to the country and be accepted,as if nothing of this have happened, to continue living a normal life in Dallas??.

The only possible way to understand this situation is the one stated by Jim Garrison, District Attorney of New Orleans, that Oswald acted in soviet Union as a CIA spy, since only a person in that role may be able to return to America with such record.

If that would be the case, of course Lee H. Oswald was just a Patsy, as he himself told to the journalists in Dallas a little after his arrest, and he may be completly Innocent of the homicide charges.

It is quite interesting to underline that, being a known scholar of Predictions & Prophecies as I have been here in ATS for the last 4 years, also a relatively successful clairvoyant, I cannot pass this opportunity to recall the famous prophecy of Nostradamus in which the french seer clearly stated that an Innocent would blamed if this crime:

Of course if you ask me directly if I am convinced that Oswald was not the man that killed JFK, my answer would be that he was only a patsy, the best could be, since he had all the needed personal background to bias any possible investigation in the direction that the organized Crime was looking for: to create a huge confrontation with Cuba and The USSR.

By the way also in the TV series The Men Who Killed Kennedy, that I mentioned before, there is an episode in which his widow Marina Oswald insists in his innocence:

While the family no longer had to protect JFK's political career, as you stated, RFK was Attourney General at the time. He would also go on to run for President. The Kennedy family was the closest thing to royalty the USA had and many citizens saw them as such. They certainly did have a lot to protect.

I dont believe that LHO ascted alone in Killing JFK. I doubt he even fired shots that day. But the "missing" brain is not the best evidence for conspiracy. IMO it is merely a red herring. I may make a post outlining some of the most common myths about the assassination based on my research and my conversations with other interested parties.

The brain is actually the most crucial evidence to show that the faltal shot, the last one came from the front and right side of the President and not from behind him.

Anyway your observations are acute, if we consider that this piece of evidence could be hidden during the brief RFK campaign to the Presidency, but how about after it ended also fataly?.

There is something that does not match at all with your theory, and it is that after the assassination of RFK, and moreover after the Chappaquiddick scandal it was quite clear that non other Kennedy, of that Generation at least, will be in the White house.

So it was precisely in that epoch that the House of Representatives commision arrived to the conclusion that it might be a conspiracy around the Assassination of JFK, as well it is obvious that around the one of RFK, so how can be still important to hide that so important evidence to the Public?

How could the Kennedy Clan, following your hypothetic explanation, continue with that supposed game when two relevant members of the family were killed and the accident of Chappaquiddick, that could be also arranged by the conspiracy, can even represent a clear attempt against the life of Ted Kennedy?

I don't think so , that does not make sense at all, the Kennedys must be the most interested people in America to discover the plot and claim for Justice on the 1970's.

One thing it is clear:

or with an incredible series of very improbable coincidences have happened to creat that impression:

Think in what can be the probability to have just for chance all the tragic deaths of all the relevant liberal leaders of the 1960's: JFK, RFK, Malcom X, Martin Luther King, always executed by lonely crazy Assassins, plus the "accident" of Edward Kennedy.

It is extremly low, one in one million perhaps.

Dear Readers,

Returning to the discussion of all the speculations that have been released through the Media, specially by the so called researchers of the Conspiracy theory, concernig from what direction was shot the President's head, if from behind or from in Front, I think it is extremly important to see what consistency exhibit the film of Abraham Zapruder with them.

Zapruder's Film, the only photographic record of the assasination shows in its frame Number 313 the instant of impact of the fatal shot, that for some researchers was the second, the third or even there are people suggesting that could be the fourth one against the Presidential limousine.

If we check carefully what happen from that precise frame 313 to the frame 330 we can see clearly that there is initially the explosion of the crane of JFK, with the subsequent exposure of important part of the brain's tissue, but the most intriguing part if that if we stop the film in each one of the frames of that part of the film we can verify which part of the skull was removed by the impact.

The frames can not lie, the skull that was removed by the shot was the one located in the right frontal bone, watch carefully and following the motion of the head of JFK once the shot was already done falling toward his wife Jacqueline, we can see clearly that the only hole in the Presidents head is frontal but never in the back, as many have claimed through years supporting the theories of some conspiracy among the Bethesda physicians to alter the photographic record of the Autopsy.

Again, the Zapruder Films never showed any kind of exit hole in the Occipital area of the head of the President, as was stated by at least three different persons that supposely participated in the Autopsy practised in Dallas, you can watch their testimonies in the TV series The Men that killed Kennedy, and that is so interesting, since this could reveal if there has been conspiracy, that we would be talking about not one, but at least two , going in two opposite directions.

Let me explain my point:

- One conspiracy supposely was the one to blame Lee Harvey Oswald as the only assassin, the one that for years have been circulating in many independent media, like the one that has produced TV series like The Men killed Kennedy or even in the famous Film JFK of Oliver Stone.

- The other conspiracy is the appearant myth created by some persons, which interest I am trying to decipher, to try to show that the conspiracy to kill JFK was followed by other one to alter his body or the photos taken to it once dead, and in which the Warren comission may be also involved.

That second supposed plot among the medical personal of Bethesda is completly exposed as false with the analysis of the frames after the 313 in Zapruders Film, especially the 320's to even the 336 since there is no image on it that shows any big exit hole of bullet in the back of JFK's head, in fact the scalp of that part ,with the abundant hair of the President, clearly look absolutely intact.

Being no hole in the back of the scalp, there is only one possibility that is the shot, if it was comming from the front removed the frontal skull, something that I think is quite dubious , but anyway I would want to know opinions of shooters,

or,

the fatal shot was also done from behind, although, and that is something new, not in the angle of the depository of books, but from some other building located in the diagonal, seeing from Zapruders position, that in my opinion must be Dallas criminal records building, or Dallas county criminal courts building or pehaps the Old court house.

This sounds ironic after all, since if there was a second shooter, it might be located in the other extreme of Dealey Plaza, in the opposite corner of that triangule, and that other Assassin shoted almost from the left side of the Presidents head. The reason for which It couldn't be from the book depository is obvious, since if that might be the case, the skull removed by the impact most be not the right side of the frontal bone but the central part of it.

This also clarifies the surgery that appearantly was practised in Dallas to the head, and that again is used by some conspiracy supporters, to say that the body was altered with criminal purposes, since that operation had the only objective to try to put the skull in its place and close the wound of the bullet, that look to be exit and not entrance of it.

In Zapruders film, although it is clear that there is a motion of the head backward on the instant of the impact, shows that the only skull removed by it was in front and right above of the head, and never in the occipital area. This also discharges the positon from which supposely Oswald was shoting, since any shot from that windows of the Book depository might enter the head from the right occipital area toward the left frontal one.

I think there is also some touch of additional irony in all this myth of conspiracies from one side and the other, that JFK ruled America all the time defying the two extremes of the political life, the extreme radical left side, always claiming for anarchy and systematic discredit of the democratic institutions, and from the other side the reactionary of the extreme Right trying to oppose to any social change in favor of the more needed people of the country.

so Now we can see that even in death JFK is still fighting in the two sides, since his assassination is being used for both to support their own causes.

My opinion is that the truth is in some place in the middle of all this turmoil agitated by the war between the radical media and the official one, yes there was possibly conspiracy to kill Kennedy, even to blame and innocent man of his death, but also it looks clear that there was another one trying to use his death to destroy the American Democracy, the one for which JFK worked so Hard during his 1000 days term, to bring us to a complete anarchy.

Again, I ask for the People previously to reply to this post to examine carefully the frames 313 to 300 of Zapruders film that are permanently exhibit in different parts of Youtube, here for instance there is an excelent close up:

After four years that this thread was open by me in a clear suggestion that new revelations were going to come that might clarify a lot the existence of a huge conspiracy that ended with the life of two Presidents of the United states, one in the office John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and other still on campaign but being he favorite of the people to be elected in 1968 Senator Robert Francisc Kennedy, finally the events I foresaw are now real facts that are giving a brilliant new light over the sad events of the 1960s.

When a Statement is assassinated always there have been speculations around the crime, and that is something that is normal specially when the victim was one of the most beloved leaders of the country, when his horrible death happened in the least expected moment, at the time he was in the peak of his popularity and when it happened in the state of Texas, that was clearly marked by the hatred against him promoted by various of the pressure groups that were pressed by his administration, for their reaction against the great national insterests in the time of the second American Revolution.

However, in the case of JFK, the death of his brother, that was also his personal adviser during his years in the White house, just only 5 years later, also doing campaign to be President, and also the two so suspicious "accidents" that his other younger brother Senator Edward Kennedy experienced that put his life a so serious risk on the end of the 1960's, it is practically impossible following the law of probabilities to attribute all these facts just to mere coincidences, and to think that the most plausible hypothesis is of course a plot.

The events that are now giving new light to the research of how was that conspiracy and who took part on it, are:

- the finding of witnesses that locate Richard Nixon personal advisor E.howad Hunt in Dealy Plaza in November 22nd of 1963,and that confirm the death bed confession of the ex Cia agent of his participation in a plot inside goverment agencies that might exist to eliminate JFK in Dallas. - With the confession of Howard Hunt as being part of a plot of Cia against JFK, he became the second of the collaborators of Richard Nixon to be undoubtfully located in Dallas in November of 1963, since the very first one was the murderer of Lee Harvey Osward, the so famous Jack Ruby that apart of to had a very long career linked with the maffia worked For Nixon in his years in the congress. - Now, finally the decission of a key witness on the assassination of RFK to talk openly that her testimony was highly distored by the CIA and FBI , about what actually happened the night of the crime in California,and in which she sustains now that there is no doubt in her mind that there was a second shoter in the kitchen of the hotel.
