While I don't like Joseph Biden in any way shape or form, I agree with him on this. We have ignored the progress and growth of our competitors under Bush's watch and have actually contributed greatly to that growth via outsourcing and an import/export good ration that is nothing short of retarded. Our advantage has slipped and unless the next guy miraculously addresses this (something I doubt McCain will do and which I see no way in hell Obama even cares about) the trend will continue.
