K this is much more fun that online poker!!
Lets give this another twirl!!

marg6043
40's to 50's stubborn, mostly conservative, did I say stubborn? very opinionated and I bet you love to talk, but mostly about serious things. no pets and 1 or 2 children, I bet your a indoor person. maybe a glass of wine with your dinner?

asala
Very few people in the world are beautiful on the inside as well as the outside, you have a need/desire to help or to make people happy, these things are obvious, I would guess and like Skyfloating a natural flow like water or blue/green around you, my guess your a outdoors type person. Maybe you and Sky should meet?

SpeakerofTruth
Can some one say Integrity? glasses, 40's to 50's you have a fatherly way about you in a teaching sort of way, a wine drinker? very kind heart, but it could get ugly if you are pushed to far, I'm thinking chess before poker, divorced with 1 or 2 kids or maybe no kids and maybe a aquarium or a bird.

maybe its just all random?

I see marg as having replaced coffee with the ocassional wine as well. "Opinionated" is spot on.

Nice try at turning this into BTS-Talk

He´s Mr. Integrity yes. 40s and Divorced.

LDragonFire: Your post revealed a thing about you: You must like wine (since you projected it onto two people).

The biggest mistake I make looking at people's avatars is assigning a sex to the poster (as stupid as that is). After it's done it's very hard to undo. Sometimes I still find myself thinking of certain female members as male and vice versa even after I know they aren't.

I usually don't associate opinions with the image though. It's more a personality thing.

I guess it has something to do with the fact that we are visual creatures. I associate avatars with the identity of the person so that if one changes too often they stick in my mind less (doesn't apply for those using the same theme - like BH's dogs). Same goes for those without. It takes much longer to know them.

A very interesting thread to read.

Yes, this is fun!! So what would my fellow ATSers feel that my avatar reveals about me?

I'm going to take a guess and say that those who change their avatars every week are also the same people who rearrange their furniture every week. Am I right?

Fun thread.
If avatars are the "cover" by which members are judged... good luck with mine.

I make a point of systematically diffusing any idea about any member that may be creeping into my inner imagery. (I do that by imagining quite the opposite of what I am "feeling".
It works.)

Well, I am female----but I'm not young.
Kinda shy is right, and I am petite. So, you guessed pretty well.

Nope...not for me anyway. I change my avatar at least once a month, but in real life I actualy prefer being consistent and am not a huge fan of change overall.

I will take a stab, but honestly I am not as familiar with your posting so I am going on the avatar and a hunch.

You are probably late 20's-early 30's male. Wacky sense of humor, probably working in a tech related field or something science or computer based. I picture white guy, slight to mid size frame, maybe glasses. Probably hetero with a girlfriend, college educated.

How far off am I?

And by the name I would say you are a football fan?

well, that certainly pegged me!! It annoys my family very much, but I like to look at new things, and it's how I clean behind and underneath. My house is like a Rubik's cube. (sp?)

Close, very close. Its amazing how just by an avatar at how close someone can get.

Mid 30's, Married, tech field, very wacky sense of humor, glasses...only for watching tv and driving, white guy mid sized frame........

are you sure you're not psychic?

Something we get a lot of up here in BC in the summer unfortunately. Tragically beautiful at night in some instances.

I have to admit, your avatar looks like what mine must have looked like before the lightning bolt set it on fire. Weird.

You're such a sweetheart, Seagrass.
And you know what? YOU may picture my avatar as that lovely green heart anytime.

OT: Weeks ago, I tried to post two "additions" to your heart shapes collection on your profile page. It didn't work.

But I'll try again.
Because you're worth it. :-)

So who would like to take a shot at reading my persona?

I am interested in reading what perception other ATS'rs hold about me....let's see who can get even close.

Honest assessments appreciated
