One large marinated portabello mushroom sauted in garlic butter and topped with melted Jack cheese on a bun or sub roll. Oh yeah, just a little Tobasco with that.

If ya don't like Mushroom sandwich, then the good old steak and cheese is the next best thing. It has to be smotherd in onions, jalapinos and greenpeppers......
I sometimes add sauted shrimp to the steak and cheese. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM Now im hungry!

Ooh I've just had my 'ATS' sandwich actually!
Ok, you need

-One George Forman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine
-Heinz Ketchup
-Two Slices of Bread
-Two vegetarian Sausages
-Lettuce
-A knife and a plate (if you wish to be technical)

Ok so you cook you cook the sausages, smoother ketchup on both slices of bread, add the lettuce, put the sausages on the bread, put it all on the plate, cut it in half, plonk yourself in front of your pc and wahey! log on to www.abovetopsecret.com perfect ATS snacking, anytime!

Oh and then there's the yummy alternitive, a grilled cheese and tomato ciabatta bread.
(make sure the tomato's are grilled to taste, personally I cant stand them if they're squeeshy!)

Quizno's subs are godly

but to the original post, I'd half to say just a good old fashioned sandwhich, smoked turkey breast, mustard, lettuce, slice tomato with salt and pepper on it.
Your choice of bread.

MMMM GOOD BITCH!

BLT!!

Extra bacon with yellow mustard, and lots of pepper!! On wheat bread of course.

If you happen to have meatballs to put on this, its delicious and will take an additional two minutes off of the life of your heart.
