Yeah, that makes sense. Nothing like having a judge who already thinks you're guilty presiding over your trial.

I may be mistaken, but what I believe he's saying is that he would take the case as a special prosecutor attorney, not as a "judge". I don't think he has any jurisdiction as a judge-he's a high profile prosecution attorney. Most prosecution attorneys wouldn't take on a case if they felt they couldn't win.
