Here they go again, same battle field, same type of battle, but increased number of deaths and casulties.

A Sri Lankan rebel commander who split with the Tamil Tigers has told the British Broadcasting Corporation he broke away because he believed the Tigers may have been preparing to break the island's two-year-old cease-fire.
