Is it me or does youtube keep changing its layout?

I swear,nearly every time I go onto youtube it's different. The info where it tells you when the video was posted keeps moving,pluss I just went into my play lists,to start one up. And the "play them all" button has gone. These are just a couple of bits that I've noticed,there's probably more (if you've noticed aswell,list them)What the bleedin'ell are they playing at!

maybe they are just testing new layouts to see which one works best for them and its members

maybe the conspiracy here would be that it just adds to peoples confusion,of not knowing what the heck we're doing from 1 minute to the next. Keeping us in our state of confusion.
