National City shares were briefly halted Monday amid a panic-driven plunge before the company in a statement tried to quell what it labeled market rumors. "National City is experiencing no unusual depositor or creditor activity," the Cleveland-based bank said. Still, investors shrugged off the news and the shares were down more than 20% at last check.

Rumours again ... just like the late Twenties when the Rockefeller Banks spread rumours about other banks to drive them into Bankruptcy so they could aquire them at bottom dollar prices. It is a well know tactic of the Globalist Agenda World Banks to quash independent competition.

The companies that should go under without bailouts are the exact ones that are getting deals. Wake up America, they have devalued your 401K and stuck the money in their personal pockets and you all just sit there figuring "the law" will take care of it. Well "the law" is for little people like you, not for multi-multis like the Rockefellers, Lehmans, Bears, Stearns, Rothschilds and their ilk.

its Great depression 2.0

Im almost expecting a pullback tomorrow in the banking sector. The sector leveled out at the end of the day, not counting Washington mutual.
