Well, it all has crossed my mind

"There they are in great fear where no fear was."

I know in my heart what the problem is, but I cannot speak it.

Koyaanisqatsi

The Hopi call this imminent condition -- and that of society today -- "Koyaanisqatsi", which means "world out of balance...a state of life that calls for another way. "

And man's hearts grew faint from fear

This is global awareness, global conscience.

Yes, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where we have come from, where we are, and where we are headed.

Something has to give.

Can you imagine that we have come to this place in time?

In this/his very short time span, look what mankind has accomplished, to what end?

I'm in Vancouver BC Canada and people here are also complaining of the same thing. Also, at night, around 1:30 AM a stramge chemical / industrial smell is strong enough to wake people up, cause sore throats and headaches, yet no one knows what it is or where it is coming from.

One theory I had, being a port city was that we have many ships in the harbour (Cruise & Freighters) They use Bunker C fuel, I believe this is unrefined oil. Their stacks spew this stuff and at night I can see from my upper home (I live on the top floor of my building) a dark haze over the city.

Another Theory. China has such intense air pollution that you can almost cut the air with a knife. The air flows from West to East across the Ocean. Are we breathing in their toxic air, causing us to feel tired due to bad air???

It's interesting to hear it's not only a Vancouver thing. Another theory also about sickness, we have bio-tech indsutry buildings in our city that have stacks that evacuate the air from their labs & experiments, how much of this blankets our city on a clam day or night? Maybe other cities have the same facilties. Just food for thought.

Find a quiet place and still your mind and visualize energy entering your body and growing in your solar plexus. works for me everyday...I work two jobs as a chef in two busy restaurants...Im hardly ever tired...and no Im not on crank like the others...lol..

meditation

meditation
and more meditation should do the trick.
Mind over matter...
thats what Im sayin...

do a karate kick if you cant meditate. Change your physiology when your tired and watch what happens.

I, personally, am always tired. I'm always tired, but can't sleep. What's up with that?

I have been thinking about the water thing lately. I know I drink way too many diet sodas. I'm thinking about drinking filtered water only for a while and see what becomes of that.

I will need a portable and inconspicuous water filter so that I'm not inundated with questions about what I'm doing to the water, etc. I don't know. I've tried going vegan for about 5 months a couple years ago. I felt WORSE than ever so I had to start eating meats again. Now I'm back to the feel like crap stage. I know that veganism is not for me. Maybe good clean "organic" water could help me.

You know, I was skeptical of the water thing. I drink it on occasion throughout the day, but not a large amount.

I decided to start drinking filtered water, a lot. It took perhaps 2 weeks, but I did notice a significant increase in how good I felt and increased energy. Not as tired all the time. So, I stopped drinking water all the time. I wanted to see if water was the difference. I started feeling like crap again. Not all the time, just an increase in headaches, restlessness at night trying to sleep, even though I was dead tired. Big difference! Coming from a skeptic on the water thingy!

Maybe the answer lies in the song by Rodger Waters " Amused to Death"

It was the greatest show on earth
But then it was over
We ohhed and aahed
We drove our racing cars
We ate our last few jars of caviar
And somewhere out there in the stars
A keen-eyed look-out
Spied a flickering light
Our last hurrah
And when they found our shadows
Grouped around the TV sets
They ran down every lead
They repeated every test
They checked out all the data on their lists
And then the alien anthropologists
Admitted they were still perplexed
But on eliminating every other reason
For our sad demise
They logged the only explanation left
This species has amused itself to death
No tears to cry no feelings left
This species has amused itself to death
