How annoying it is to use your back or forward browser button and have firefox forget your scroll position on the page you were just viewing making you manually scroll the entire page again looking for the place you left off. For me it was a huge annoyance....until now.

I did some searching and found the following mozilla extension that completely fixes the problem. I just installed it and it's working perfectly on FireFox v3.

that used to annoy me too, i used to think it was a weird linux issue since thats my main system. but in actuality i have a long time habit of opening the majority of links in a new tab anyway so i never really bothered trying to fix it
