U.S Govt. does NOT know who is in charge of the american dollar?

Does anyone know who the person accountable for the american dollar?

In a state of an economic emergency they don't know who is in charge?

Honestly this should have made mainstream news, the fact that they don't know.

Well it is good to see them talking about this. I didn't see the part that implied they don't know who is in charge of the dollar. What part of these clips or what did they say to give this away?
