Yep, and if they dont get the Proper medication from NOW unitl 6 months from now, they will still have it all their life. At least 20 years.

Bottom line ( no pun intended ) is that dehydrating during an emergency situation will "lay you out for the count" for weeks, if not kill you.
Your helpless and immobile, and you smell really bad. for months.
