Interesting, kind of neat and definitely disturbing. The manipulation of mother nature to kill is a little unsettling. I have visons of hordes of rats "spying" on the enemy.. or worse, on US!
MotherJones is a tad too Left for me in their analysis (and I'm fairly liberal). While I don't like alot of what DARPA does, I figure there are other countries out there trying to do the same types of things. So we better try to stay on the cutting edge.
Good find though. DARPA is a scary organization.
