From a Christian point of view

First of all who said these are the rules of God. You forget that bible was written by pagans (holy roman empire). if you truly believe in god then you truly believe that everything he does is for a reason. therefore if someone must kill in battle it was all in gods plan. i believe it is impossible to break any "holy laws" because whatever faults you have god gave them to you for a reason.
