Air India bomb builder Reyat out on bail

www.canada.com

Convicted terrorist Inderjit Singh Reyat is a free man for the first time in 20 years after he was granted bail by the B.C. Court of Appeal earlier today.

Reyat, 55, has been in jail since 1988 when he was arrested in connection with the Air India bombing on June 23, 1985 that claimed 329 lives and an explosion at Narita airport in Japan the same day that killed two baggage handlers.

WTF!!! Canada's justice system is #ED!!! This TERRORIST killed 329 lives and 2 others in Japan THE SAME day and now he is released on bail??? That's total BULL#!!! Goes to show you A) what a life is worth to Canada and B) how Canada treats terrorist! This TERRORIST should have got 20yrs for each person he killed! This kind of # is exactly why we (Canada) need capital punishment! Why should a terrorist be granted bail after killing 329 lives? He should have the death sentence, but of course Canada doesn't have that! No wonder why Canada is such a haven for terrorists. They have rights here!

I hate being Canada sometimes, especially when it comes to our justice system!

I feel so badly for all the families that lost someone on Air India. This is no justice for them! More like a slap in the face!
