Sorry for posting before I've had a chance to catch up on the thread (I don't have much time), but I just heard a report on the radio about a local
helicopter pilot who got in trouble today with the Oregon Department of Transportation for flying too low near a bridge. I wonder if it was the same
guy that flew by my apartment complex the other day, prompting my original post. I checked out the local newspaper's website, but couldn't find
anything about this story yet.

I live in nj and a few days ago I heard a helicopter out side my home otterrotating. Then I heard a buzzing in my ears that was at a very high
pitch,similar to tinnis. Tinnis is caused from loud noises or explosions. This lasted for about two minutes. The coppter left and the buzzing left.
Has this happened to any one else? Were they checking the community out or were the checking me out?ir
