Bioweapons are a rather sloppy means of wagning war IMHO, beause its not like a bullet, rocket or conventional weapon that is controllable. Once you let the bug out, its going to move on its own based on winds, carriers, etc. As for them all being locked up in the CDC, think again, USAMRIID is the bioweapons center for the US government, and probably a host of black projects beyond our wildest (or sickest depending on your point of view) dreams. Also in regards to the comment that nukes are over with instantly, they leave traces behind for amazingly long times. Check out the chernobyl link posted here a few days ago, it shows just how bad a nuclear accident changed the lives of people, and made ghosts towns in roughly 24 hours.
