My wife and I will be spending 3-4 days in Vieux Quebec in August and I'm looking for some tips on the best places to eat, historical sites to visit, guided walking tours, etc.

There are plenty of websites for this stuff, but I'd rather place my trust in a fellow ATS member, preferably from Quebec or nearby.
