What is this large body in the SOHO Lasco Image?

Hello everyone. I apologize if this has been posted, but does anyone have any idea what the body to the left of the sun is?

I only see this on the coronagraph, but I notice that it coincides with increased transient activity in the magnetic field.. Thanks.
