It's just about over folks. The last doorway to getting the goverment to answer for for their actions peacefully has been closed down. The third amendment containing the right of the people to petition the govt. for a redress of grievances is the peoples last stand in THEIR COURTROOMS.

Article the third [Amendment I] Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

If this doesn't work nothing else will. They will not give up their power over you. One case filed under redress of grievance (We the People v. United States) resulted in the government going on the attack. (United States v. We the People). The details in the link show how far the govt. will go when they have no fear of media exposure to what they are up to.

Any constitutionalists have any comments?

Agreed, the Supreme court, the American Bar association and it's affiliated organizations have all 'opted in' on the elite corporate class machinations. There is a secure place for them in that world, so that's what they'll support.

I believe the most important case is the first. The second case was weak because it involved the IRS - mistakenly referred to and implicitly recognized as a government agency. The courts operated under the Universal Commercial Code, rendering the constitutionalist foundation faulty.

This case - and others like it will eventually be resolved at a local level - where the juries retain the power (for the time being) to nullify the improperly applied laws, and granting whatever awards to the aggrieved as they see fit. Judges are hard at work to erase this power of the people, unbeknown to many - it is the jury of citizens that rules to courtroom - the judges are servants.

Good find.
