A few weeks ago I woke up and noticed something different about myself. I felt very different and still do to this day. The feeling can be described as a more of an awakened feeling you could say. It feels as if all of my senses somehow became heightened overnight.

I now seem to have lightning fast reflexes and I feel more intelligent in the way I analyze, perceive, and learn new things. It's hard to describe, but I feel like a completely new person and that my mind has expanded in some sort of way.

I know the descriptions are vague, but it's a feeling that's pretty hard to describe.

I'm posting this experience in hopes of finding someone else that can share the same or similar awakening experience/feeling because I'm not really sure what to make of it.

Sounds like you sobered up or 'came down.'

Occasionally, I have the exact same experiences.

I assure you I am not taking the mick here, I had similar feeling when I stopped smoking cigarettes - I have since started again stupidly but I really do remember feeling different and more aware. Have you cut out and changed anything similar in your life recently?

haha, ya i've sobered up, came down, got a goodnight sleep, etc. many times, but still none of those feelings compare to this.

I just went off big time on my neighbors for incessant fireworks that were agitating the heck out of my dogs.
I started on zoloft a week and a half ago. I had three hours of missing time tonight.
John, not in his happy place.
