Honestly, all i would say about it is that looks to be some kind of
light casted to the surface (features are clearly visible beyond the
light): the question is "by what"?
The photo of the "cigar-shaped" UFO, claimed to have been taken by Armstrong, was actually been during Apollo 16 mission: (some people claim that
was taken during apollo 11 mission): its number is AS16-120-19238;

its description reads:

when we have the luck to have a description, we should (first) compare
what the description reads with what we see: and what we see is consistent with the description:
basically, what we see is this:
and the shot was taken most likely from the window pointed by the arrow. A nice shot of the Eva Floodlight, in my humble opinion
This is not the first time that it is being mistaken for an UFO:
for example, it has happened also with this footage (screen capture):

Unidentified adds even more details to the comparison, like the dual protruding elelments.
