Would it be appropriate to ask which font was used for the decision 2008 banner?

I've spent hours looking at dafont.com and cant narrow it down

No,heartland community college,I will likely be going to ISU after though(either there or back to Tennessee),I am going pre med.How far is Urbana,thats close to Champaign isnt it?
