UFO At Festival

Well it sure looks weird, any idea's?

Give the video a chance as he doesn't see the UFO straight away.

The camera man seems to just cut to the object he sees in the night sky.

What are those four lights around this thing???

They seem to be rotating around the central object.

Whats the language being spoken?

This is an interesting video, i've never seen one quite like it.
Sounds like they are speaking spanish, probably somewhere in South America by the sound of it.
Could the object be linked to the festival in some way?
Interesting to see what people think of it!

I very much doubt its a Plane or Balloon, Helicopter, or Blimp, Lights dont usually move around any of those, also the lights dont flash.

Ok so now we have a video of an object that lasts more than 30 seconds, its filmed until it has gone into the distance, i would like to hear of an explanation for this one? doubt its going to be easily debunked.

S&f gotta see the outcome.

I dont think the commentary is about the object, be nice to see if anyone can pick up someone in the crowd mentioning it though.
