Madison - When you're celebrating the Fourth of July at your local parade today, take a good look at the flag you see flying over your town hall or fire station.

It should say: “Made in the U.S.A.”

A state law that took effect this spring requires that U.S. flags displayed at public buildings and facilities in Wisconsin be made in America.

I had know Idea that even FLAGS don't get made here in the U.S. anymore. Is there anything that the profit mongers won't outsource??
What a bunch of crap!

I have to say that I agree with the law, obviously!

Kind of ironic. Last I checked, Wisconsin didn't even require a social security number to get a drivers' license. I wonder if this is still the case amid this sudden patriotism.

Follow the money.

There's bound to be a local flag making company who got the contract to supply those flags.
