i seen this and wanted to see what everyone thinks this is ? i don't know anything about this event or what language this is ?.....hoping someone has some info about this ...

It looks to me to be something bright in the sky that is gradually decending at about the same rate, and then it gets recentered in the camera's view. Could be lots of things. Perhaps if the story could be translated there is more information there.
