Check the Date Format in your Member Center? That's weird.

now that you mention it,

In Member center, I set my time zone at GMT (Ireland) bit when I hit Submit it changes to +3 hours (Baghdad, Riyadh, Moscow)...

AND...

It says GMT time is currently 07:52 when it is clearly 13:52....

I blame Daylight savings.

--(edit) to include GMT information

When they say Greenwich Mean Time (wiki), They mean Greenwich England, not Greenwich Australia, Canada, America or Slovenia.

Date Format. Not Timezone. Date format should be mm/dd/yyyy.

Any ideas about the Time offset (gmt)

It seems to be irrelevant except in the MemCenter
