time error?

where ever anything for the current time appears, i used to get the normal time, date, etc

now, starting today, i get this

Check the Date Format in your Member Center? That's weird.

now that you mention it,

In Member center, I set my time zone at GMT (Ireland) bit when I hit Submit it changes to +3 hours (Baghdad, Riyadh, Moscow)...

AND...

It says GMT time is currently 07:52 when it is clearly 13:52....

I blame Daylight savings.

home pc = win vista
work pc = winxp sp2


i am confused as to what im doing wrong.
I've changed the timezone in the membercenter to everything imagininable

still get the same display error

Date Format. Not Timezone. Date format should be mm/dd/yyyy.
