I live here In Connecticut. The local stations have given all the info on the guy. Let someone run out in front of you when your clipping along at 65MPh with your family in the car and see if it doesn't scare you. If not you have the problem not the jerk running in front of you. Unless you are broken down on the hiway and walking to the nearest exit, you are not allowed to walk on the three lane hiway like this clown was. He could have killed many people by causing one car to swerve into another trying to miss him. If you can't see that then you are realy wrong!!
