I've seen the picture many times before. I think the general consensus is that it's a hoax. I can't find any threads on this sorry.

I remember seeing this image many times. I've heard all sort of strange theories about this picture but I think the one that most people settle on is that it's a hoax or a child in a costume lol

I think I've seen this photo along with the same photo only showing a child where the alien is...

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it was this photo. I really can't figure out where I saw it though so sorry I have nothing more concrete...
