I know these people on boarder patrol have a tough job and they have to do what they are told but this is a bit much. How dangerous could a 7 year old frightened hungry girl be?

On the other side of the coin, this is not the first killing on this boarder so they should have known better. I guess it shows just how bad life must be in their home countries to take these chances.
