Recent UFO sightings in Latvia

Multiple occurrences in Viski, Daugavpils, Latvia (Višķi) over four days of similar or the same object (or something else) at the end of the May - 25th, 28th, 29th and 30st.

Many witnesses, investigation still continuing. Few facts:
- every evening single occurrence lasted between 21.50 till 23.50 for 2.5-4 min
- it would approach from above and start as a small dot, then lower rapidly, stay still or make 90% move just before shooting off.
- NO noise was given out at any time
- military says that their radars didn't spot any anomalies
- all dogs got nervous and barked
- it emanated purple beam down to earth
- there is just one plane route above the location (at a different time)
Mr J. Kudiņš made a photo and filmed it - the video has not been uploaded to www yet.

Latvian professor pf Physics Antonijs Salītis after examining pictures said that it si hard to determine if this is a ball lightning or an object - to tell that spectral photos are needed.

Ahh.. so whenever any skeptic ever says to you: "Why aren't more UFOs caught on camera? Everyone has a camera or at least camera phone today."

Tell them once everyone has an IR and UV camera we'll be more sure what we're up against.
