23rd March , 2004, Astronomical Equinox

Many people have probably read the thread or read on the internet about the main 2004 change in June about to take place with the shifting of Venus over the sun. There is also another change about to occur this month on the 23rd with something to do with the Equinox. Does anyone know anything about this and know what may occur?

No, I don't know about either of the events you reference. Please provide more information on both.

By the way, the Vernal Equinox for 2004 will be on March 20th, not the 23rd.
