T&C Issues.

Politics is a passionate area, but certain issues have got out of hand over the past few days with regards to the Terms and Conditions.

Please note the following from the ATS Terms and Conditions

1). Posting: You will not post any material that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate.

1c.) Intellectual Property: You will not post any copyrighted material, material belonging to another person, material previously posted by you on another website nor link to any copyrighted material without providing proper attribution, as defined by The Owners, to its original source.

1h.) Spamming: You will not post identical content, or snippets of identical content, to multiple threads in the discussion forums. You will also not create more than one thread for your topic, or create multiple "slightly different" threads for a single topic.

2) Behavior: You will not behave in an abusive, hateful and/or racist manner, and will not harass, threaten, nor attack anyone.

The T&C apply to this forum just as much as they do anywhere else on ATS.

Please respect the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when signed onto the site.

Also, please remember at all times that Courtesy is Mandatory

This post is a reminder to all members posting here - not that one should be needed.

i especially find the first two 'reminders' most important. Maybe now - SOME people will stop their non sense and do it the right way.
Just because you disagree that you should be allowed to post someone elses' material doesnt mean its not against T&C.

No, it has nothing to do with politics as Nef is British. I'm Canadian, so that doesn't fly either. It has to do with keeping the board clean. U2u on the way.

A place for everything and everything in it's place. ATS is serious but if you're looking for fun, check out BTS. You just have to log in/out the same as you do for ATS.

You agreed to them when you joined ATS.

Some of us have great gobs of fun doing research!

But yeah, BTS is all about fun. And many of the same cool people are there.
