I agree with above.
These are two balloons tied together. There are many pics on the net of similar.

For the first time, a very clear pic of an ufo
(or ifo perhaps)

appologies for being blunt , but can we have :

date of observation
time of observation
location of observer
bearing of observation
map of area

these are basic things - where are they ?

i know quite a few paragliders - and weather conditions are CRITICAL to thier sport - so i do not believe that a real paralidger would not know exatly where he eas - when it was and the current metroloical conditions and such

so why do these usefull facts not accompany the ` report `

I've started a thread in aircraft projects and alerted some experts in this very specific subject matter.

Have you been asked to watermark it with the ATS symbol?

And who's Nick Bubb or whatever? I hope it's the guy who took the picture.

my thoughts - is that its utter twaddle

i have cropped and resized it

the vertical shape does not look anything like a real 3d oblect - it looks more like a inserted shape

the horizontal ` object ` is NOT a shadow of the vertical one - the topographry of the ground percludes that explaination

I take it you don't read the thread before replying.. Sherpa already identified the object there is no mystery here or attempt at deceit. Its just some solar ballons attached to one another.

No big deal.

"Floating Pen Tool"

There are very specific Gliding and Ballooning areas clearly marked on Aviation Maps, so the coffee should stay on the tray

(yeah, balloon.)

And why am I not entitled to ask such questions? What an obnoxious attitude to take.

I apologise if you are offended by my question but I have every right to ask it, it appeared to me that a false claim had been stamped, all it would take would be you to tell me that that owner, in fact, ask you or give you permission to watermark it.

No: Site owners are entitled to, or the MODS, or the owner of the photo: your question was implying something like i would have stolen the copyright somehow? Really, please ELABORATE what you think was my purpose when i added ATS watermark and the photo's owner copyright in it: and please explain why you are entitled to investigate about it and why i should give you attention.

Really, if it was a joke, then it was funny, if it was not, then of course is not an issue of mine.
